PHYTOSANITARY INDEXES OF SEEDS

Disease-free seeds are a base of future harvest. Because of seeds infection it is difficult to receive good harvest in practice. Prevention is better than cure. And agrarians understand progressivly that presowing seed dresser is a very important protectant method. If seeds material is different according to specific gravity and sizes, it differs by the level of infectioning. That why there is no seed dresser which could get rid of infection.

Separators CAD are using in presowing seed treatment in order to cut the infectioning of seed material.

Separator CAD cut the infectioning of Tilletia caries up 3% to 0,1% with affect index 19. This results correspond to primary stock seeds.

Sowing and phytosanitary indexes of seeds of sunflower, separated by machine CAD. Affect index – 18,1%.

Separator CAD cut the total level of infectioning of sunflower in the second and third fractions, that helped improve not only phytosanitary indexes, but sowing qualities also.

Separation of seeds with moldy infection lead to objectionable solutions. We can observe strictly division according to specific gravity which influence on sowing qualities and infectioning. In order to improve sowing and phytosanitary features of material of winter wheat and sunflower we recommend machine CAD as an alternative of seed disinfectant. We also recommend using fractionation process by separator CAD together with protectants in the case of high level of seed infectioning.
